Return & Cancellation Policy – Bolingo Safaris
At Bolingo Safaris, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a flexible cancellation and return policy for our clients.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled safari date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the safari date will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the safari date will receive a 50% refund.
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their safari booking at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability on the preferred date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Bookings affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, political unrest, or natural disasters) may not be eligible for refunds.
Fees paid to third-party service providers (e.g., lodges, permits, transport) are non-refundable, unless those providers allow it.
4. Exchanges
Clients who wish to change their booked safari to another package of equal value can request an exchange at least 3 days before the original safari date.
