Return & Cancellation Policy – Bolingo Safaris

At Bolingo Safaris, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a flexible cancellation and return policy for our clients.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled safari date are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the safari date will receive an 80% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the safari date will receive a 50% refund.

• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule their safari booking at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability on the preferred date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Bookings affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, political unrest, or natural disasters) may not be eligible for refunds.

• Fees paid to third-party service providers (e.g., lodges, permits, transport) are non-refundable, unless those providers allow it.

4. Exchanges

• Clients who wish to change their booked safari to another package of equal value can request an exchange at least 3 days before the original safari date.
